Welcome to Christ the King, Bass Hill

Christ the King, Bass Hill is a welcoming, supportive community of believers inspired by the life of Jesus. We are called to make Christ present in our parish, in our local community and in our world.

Our mission is to know Christ and to make him known; to be a community committed to discovering Christ present in each person through our ministry to each other, our service to the wider community, the joyful celebration of the Eucharist and other sacraments, and our active concern for social justice.

Our church is open for Masses. No bookings required however we are bound by the 2sqm metre (230 people limit) , please check-in and wearing a mask. Welcome Back to your spiritual place.

Mass times – Monday-Saturday 8am. Saturday Vigil – 5pm & 6:15pm in Vietnamese. Sunday 8:30am, 10:00am & 6:00pm.

Christmas Mass Times.

Friday 24th December- Christmas eve- 5pm, 6:30pm & Midnight

Saturday 25th December – Christmas day- 8:30am & 10am There will be no Evening Mass

Sunday 26th December – 8:30am & 10am There will be no Evening Mass.

About the Parish

Christ the King, Bass Hill parish runs a successful school/parish based sacramental program. The parent’s involvement in the preparation of each sacrament of Reconciliation, Communion and Confirmation proves to be an opportunity to walk together with their children on their spiritual journey.

Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus– First Friday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 pm including reconciliation, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, anointing of the sick and Mass (Currently cancelled due to Covid19).


Perpetual Novena – In honour of our Lady of Perpetual Help- Saturday 4:00PM

Divine Mercy Prayer Group- Feast of Divine Mercy- Sunday 11th April. Reconciliation 2pm, Chaplet of the Divine Mercy and Stations of the Cross 3pm, Concluding with Mass at 6pm.

Legion of Mary – Saturday 5:00pm in the chapel.
